We are pleased you have considered Do It Yourself Catering & Parties for your catering needs. Do It Yourself Catering is a division of Ceruti’s Catering, a family owned catering and event planning business that has provided service to Northeastern Indiana for over 45 years.
Do It Yourself Catering was designed to help you help yourself. Our purpose is to support you by providing high quality “Special Packages”, ala cart menu items, and any rental equipment or party supplies that you may need to put on a successful and fantastic event. We want to be your one stop shop for catering & party supplies.
CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENTS:
Menu selection should be submitted two weeks prior to your event date in order to ensure maximum efficiency. Do It Yourself Catering will make every effort to accommodate for last minute planning.
GUARANTEES:
A final guaranteed sales contract is required at least 6 business days prior to your event date. This will guarantee your minimum order. Do It Yourself Catering will make every effort to accommodate menu additions up to 24 hours prior to you event.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due and payable no later than 6 business days prior to your event date, unless your company has an established credit history with Ceruti’s Catering.
PRICES:
Prices are subject to change unless guaranteed by a signed contract. All food, beverage, and rental items are subject to applicable sales tax. If your group is tax exempt, please forward your tax certificate prior to payment.
RENTED/RETURNABLE EQUIPMENT:
Rental items must be returned to Ceruti’s at 6601 Innovation Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana no later than 24 hours after your scheduled event or on the following business day, which ever is earlier. 10% of the initial rental fee will be charged to you for every 24 hour period in which the rental items are not returned.
We do not allow equipment to be dropped off outside of regular business hours. If you have questions regarding your drop off time please contact your DIY representative at 489-2088.
The equipment items quoted are “rental items” and are the property of Ceruti’s Catering. You will be billed retail value for any items damaged* or missing.
*Damaged is defined as equipment that is not returned to Ceruti’s in the same condition as when the items were rented to you. All equipment will be rented to you suitable for private or commercial use. Hot and cold cambros are intended to hold hot or cold food safely for up to 3 hours. You must discard or refrigerate any food that is left over from your event within 1 hour of serving. Absolutely under no circumstances are food items to remain sitting in hot or cold cambros over night nor are cambros to be returned to Ceruti’s with food remaining inside. Any food remaining inside hot or cold cambros longer than 3 hours becomes a health risk to both you and the employees of Ceruti’s.
